• Why can´t I just sell or surrender my timeshare?

Unfortunately, these options have limited success. Resorts are not willing to take back memberships and lose the maintenance fees that go with them. High maintenance fees & perpetuity contracts make selling timeshare very difficult and unappealing.



• Can we claim any money back?

• How long does it take?
