RCI is primarily an exchange network, not usually the owner of the underlying resort week. Cancelling exchange membership and ending the timeshare itself are therefore different steps.
Documents worth gathering
- Who owns or manages the underlying resort interest
- Whether RCI fees are separate from resort maintenance charges
- The expiry and cancellation terms of exchange membership
- Any points conversion or affiliated travel product
Questions a proper review should answer
Who is legally responsible for the current obligation? What type of product was acquired? Is there a provider-led surrender route? Are finance and ownership separate? Is there evidence that makes a complaint or legal review proportionate?
We can help organise those questions and identify the material that a specialist may need. An initial conversation is not a promise that an exit or claim will succeed.
